Kareri Lake Trek
The Kareri Lake Trek is a captivating and lesser-known trekking adventure in Himachal Pradesh, located near Dharamshala. This moderate trek takes you to the serene Kareri Lake, situated at an altitude of about 2,930 meters (9,610 feet) in the Dhauladhar Range. The journey begins from Kareri Village, approximately 27 km from McLeod Ganj, and passes through dense forests, alpine meadows, and crystal-clear streams.
Triund Trek
The Triund Trek is a popular trek near McLeod Ganj in Himachal Pradesh, leading to Triund Hill at 2,827 meters. This moderate trek offers stunning panoramic views of the Himalayas, including the majestic Dhauladhar Range, and the sprawling Kangra Valley below. The 9 km journey starts from Gallu Devi Temple and takes about 4-5 hours to reach the summit. Best trekked between March to June and September to December.
Himani Chamunda Trek
